Free Freight applies only to qualifying full truckload (FTL) orders. A qualifying truckload order is defined as an order that fills a standard 53’ freight truck based on Allied’s packaging, palletization, and loading requirements, as determined solely by Allied.
Orders that do not meet full truckload criteria, including but not limited to less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, partial shipments, split deliveries, or orders requiring special handling, are not eligible for free freight.
Free Freight applies to standard freight delivery within the contiguous United States only. Additional charges may apply for liftgate service, inside delivery, residential delivery, jobsite constraints, accessorial fees, expedited shipping, or other non-standard delivery requirements.
